THE ALL-NEW VW ID.7

COMING 2024

The New VW ID.7 sedan

The ID.7 provides a cutting-edge climate and comfort experience, incorporating customer feedback and advancements in the relevant areas. The ID.7’s standard features include an innovative display concept, an augmented reality head-up display, a 15-inch screen, new air conditioning controls integrated into the infotainment system, and illuminated touch sliders. The new air conditioning concept is designed to anticipate the driver’s needs, such as pre-cooling the interior on hot summer days or heating it on cold days based on the driver’s key.

The new “Smart Air Vents” control the flow of air and are capable of distributing it over large areas quickly. Passengers can also direct the air towards their bodies or ventilate the interior indirectly. These functions can be viewed on the large display and can be activated and saved individually for each user. Special requests can be made using voice commands, such as activating the steering wheel heating function and directing warm air towards the hands when the user says “Hello Volkswagen, my hands are cold!”.

All about the ID.7

The new ID.7 sedan, from Volkswagen, has been spotted on the road with a digital camouflage look, indicating that it is nearing its world premiere. This is the first time that the public has been able to see the vehicle in its entirety, and it is expected to generate a great deal of excitement.

Volkswagen is continuing its electric mobility initiative, ACCELERATE, with the addition of the ID.7 sedan to its successful ID. lineup. The ID.7 is targeted at the upper middle class of the high-volume segment. The company has already reached a significant milestone in its campaign, with over 500,000 vehicles from the ID. family being delivered worldwide by its subsidiaries, one year earlier than planned, despite supply chain challenges.

The ID.7 is the sixth model in the ID. family, following the ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.6 (China only) and ID. Buzz, and it is the second model globally based on the MEB platform after the ID.4. The electric sedan is planned to launch in the primary markets of China, Europe, and North America, with the European version to be produced at Volkswagen’s Emden plant.
